At Harbor, we take the community component of “online community” very seriously. This means gathering often on Zoom (and sometimes in-person). Weekly Gatherings
Wednesday Brunch
@12PM EST
The other calls in this section include content and structure. But for “brunch” we hop on an unstructured call for an hour to share life updates and talk about what’s happening in our worlds. Sometimes it’s serious, and sometimes it’s Gilmore Girls. It is exactly like having lunch buddies.
Thursday Gatherings
@7PM EST
This is the primary way our community connects people, explores faith in Jesus, creates beauty and justice, and pursues transformation. This is our largest gathering that functions as our church service. We share stories, listen attentively, discuss the Bible, and make space for prayer or meditation.
Harbor Europe (Thursday)
@7PM CET
As we grow we are working on building community with people in time zones and locations all over the world. Harbor Europe meets Thursday nights at 7pm Central European Time. It is a version of our main Thursday gathering where we share stories, learn together, and hold space for one another.
Sunday Morning “Going Deeper”
@11AM EST
Our weekly Going Deeper discussions focus on theological, socio-political, and pop culture topics. No preparation is needed, but each discussion explores a recent article from the Christian Century magazine. (To check out these articles, sign up for them via email here.)

Zoom Call with a Pastor
Faith deconstruction and reconstruction are hard. Any one of our co-pastors would love to meet you on a call to help you process your evolving faith journey or answer any questions you have about Harbor. You don’t have to do this alone.
Activity Groups
Our activity groups are a fun and engaging way to get to know one another outside of Thursday nights. We have everything from meditation groups to craft circles, game nights, book clubs, and more. Many of these events are family-friendly. You can pop in once or be a regular.
Our “Circle” Space
Circle is a private online social platform. It’s like a Facebook group, but not on Facebook. You’ll find chats about faith, life, social justice, humor, books, and sometimes politics. This is the place to get updates, resources, and announcements about Harbor. Plus you can meet other Harboristas.
